Aug. 22 District Kickoff / BSA's Discussion of Wider Family Inclusion

Coming up on Aug. 22, we have an important meeting at Marlborough School, 7 PM. We will be hosting our Daniel Webster Council Commissioner Tom Inzinga, who will be speaking to us about BSA's discussion on a wider inclusion of family members. Some of you heard this presentation at camp, and it provokes strong opinions on both sides. You won't want to miss this meeting.

Second, it is our 2017/2018 District Kickoff for membership and popcorn. We will be distributing the membership kits (signs, materials) and having a discussion about best practices for membership, the Council-wide membership drive on Thursday, September 21, and some of the advertising we'll be doing. We're also launching our MtMonadnock.org/join/ page to refer parents directly to you.

We won't be serving soup that night, but will begin that at the September Roundtable. Hope to see you there!
